Asst. Prof. Dr. Münevver İLGÜN DİBEK gave a seminar titled "Comparison of Measurement and Evaluation Practices in the Old and New Normal Process" in the panel named Measurement and Evaluation in the New Normal Process at the 1st Muallim Rıfat Bilge Eğitim Symposium held by Kilis 7 Aralık University on October 21, 2021. Students, teachers and academicians from different provinces participated in this symposium held online.
