"Considering that anxiety is the insufficient perception of personal potential towards future uncertainty and threat, in which case the threat is the test, it is necessary to manage this uncertainty and threat perception.
For example, making a correct planning before the exam and complying with this planning, setting realistic goals during the exam preparation and testing these goals during practice exams and preparation can be considered among the things that can be done in this regard before the exam.
