GPC Students, Under the Supervision of Dr. S. Burcu Özgülük Üçok, Explained Empathy and Active Listening in Family Communication Seminars in Collaboration with ABB

The first of the seminar series, organized in cooperation with the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (ABB) and TED University, was completed with high attendance. The seminar, held under the title "Family Communication," focused on effective communication, which is the foundation of healthy relationships within the family.
🎓 Informative Presentation by PDR Students The seminar was delivered through a presentation by the students of TED University's Psychological Counseling and Guidance (PCG/PDR) Department. The event was conducted under the coordination and supervision of TED University PCG/PDR faculty member, Dr. S. Burcu Özgülük Üçok. The seminar, which was free of charge and held at the Osmanlı Women's Center on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 14:30, covered critical topics such as:
- Empathy and active listening skills.
- Methods for healthy expression of emotions.
- The impact of family roles on communication.
Thanks to this comprehensive event, participants gained significant awareness regarding family communication, empathy, and healthy interaction.
