The 8th PDR Days: Digital Violence, The Other Side of the Screen, organized by TED University Guidance and Psychological Counseling Program, was held on May 14, 2026, at TED University Multi-Purpose Hall.
Within the scope of the event, different dimensions of digital violence were addressed through the themes of digital life, cyberbullying, screen culture, online relationships, and life design in the digital age. Following the opening speeches, Gülşah Yemen, Sebla İplikçi Arık, Barış Güneş, Prof. Dr. Neslihan Güney Karaman, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nurten Karacan took part in the program as speakers.
The program also included a musical performance by Aycan Parlak and Efe Üstünkaya, which added an artistic contribution to the event.
Focusing on the risks individuals face in the digital age and the protective and preventive role of the field of psychological counseling in these processes, the event provided an important platform for sharing and awareness for our students and participants.
We would like to thank all our speakers for their valuable contributions, the musicians who enriched our event with their performance, and everyone who participated.
