Assist. Prof. Dr. Begüm Serim Yıldız, Chair of our Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling, delivered a Child Protection Training at Bilkent Laboratory & International School (BLIS) on August 26, 2026.

The training, attended by both national and international teachers, covered the Child Protection Law and the BLIS Child Protection Principles. The session focused on fundamental principles for safeguarding children’s safety and well-being, teachers’ responsibilities in child protection processes, and the relevant legal framework.
