Asst. Prof. Dr. Begüm Serim-Yıldız Met with Üçgen Anatolian High School Students

Asst. Prof. Dr. Begüm Serim-Yıldız, Chair of the Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling at TED University Faculty of Education, delivered a seminar titled “Emotion Regulation and Motivation” for 11th and 12th grade students at Üçgen Anatolian High School.

Within the scope of the seminar, students were provided with insights on exam anxiety, emotion regulation skills, sources of motivation, and strategies that support psychological resilience throughout academic processes.
