Asst. Prof. Dr. Olcay Yılmaz participated in the 2nd National Career Counseling Symposium, held on October 11–12at Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University. The main theme of the symposium was “Career in the Digital Age: Preparing for the Future and Emerging Trends.”
Asst. Prof. Dr. Yılmaz took part as a panelist in the session titled “The Future of Career Counseling as a Profession,”where key issues related to the development and future directions of career counseling were discussed.
In addition, Dr. Yılmaz conducted a workshop entitled “Common Misconceptions about Interest, Ability, and Value Assessments and the Alignment of Test Profiles with Fields and Professions,” providing participants with both theoretical insights and practical perspectives.
