Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Olcay Yılmaz attended the 2nd National Career Counseling Symposium, which took place on October 11-12 at Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University. The main theme of the symposium was "Career in the Digital Age: Preparing for the Future and New Directions."

Dr. Olcay Yılmaz participated as a speaker in the panel titled "The Future of Career Counseling as a Profession." Additionally, he conducted a workshop on "Common Misconceptions About Interest, Talent, and Value Assessments and the Alignment of Test Profiles with Fields and Professions."
