As part of the TED University Student Development Seminars, Dr. Selin Onaylı, Lecturer in the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Division of the Department of Educational Sciences at the Faculty of Education, TED University, delivered a seminar titled “Love and Attachment.”
Held on Wednesday, December 17, at the Ahmet Ersan Conference Hall, the seminar examined love, close relationships, and emotional bonds within the framework of attachment theory, focusing on their impact on individuals’ psychological development and well-being. Throughout the session, Dr. Onaylı combined theoretical perspectives with examples from everyday life, offering students key conceptual frameworks for understanding and sustaining healthy relationships.
The event attracted strong student interest and concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session. Dr. Onaylı addressed participants’ questions and emphasized the importance of developing awareness regarding attachment processes.
The seminar was open to all students and was organized as part of the ongoing Student Development Seminarsconducted at TED University.
