Dr. Begüm Serim Yıldız, Chair of the Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling at TED University Faculty of Education, delivered a seminar for parents at Nesibe Aydın Schools.
In the seminar titled “Emotional Resilience in Peer Relationships,” Dr. Begüm Serim Yıldız shared insights on the social and emotional challenges children may encounter in peer relationships, the development of emotional resilience, and the supportive role of parents in this process.
The seminar emphasized the importance of supporting children not only in becoming “good children,” but also in developing as empathetic, assertive, adaptive, and resilient individuals.
