The President of the Turkish Psychological Counseling and Guidance Association, Mr. Mesut Yıldırım, paid a congratulatory visit to Dr. Assistant Professor Olcay Yılmaz, the Head of the Department of Psychological Counseling and Guidance at TED University, on the occasion of his new position. Mr. Mesut Yıldırım, the President of the Turkish PDR Association, expressed his gratitude to Dr. Olcay Yılmaz, former Ankara Provincial President and current alternate member of the Central Executive Board, for his contributions to the association's activities and presented him with gifts.
