We Came Together with Our Preparatory Students at Our Faculty

As the Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling at TED University, we came together with our preparatory students at an event held in our Faculty.
Within the scope of the event, our Dean, Prof. Dr. Kürşat Çağıltay, delivered a brief speech introducing himself and our Faculty. Afterwards, Dr. Funda Alptekin provided information about Learning Engineering, Teacher+, and recent innovations in our Faculty, while also introducing technologies such as VR and eye-tracking.
In the following part of the program, Research Assistant Zehra Yeler shared examples of the use of these technologies in the field of Guidance and Psychological Counseling. Our Department Chair, Asst. Prof. Dr. Begüm Serim Yıldız, introduced the “Strengthening Schools Against Earthquakes” project to our students.
At the end of the event, our students had the opportunity to experience 3D printers and VR headsets under the guidance of our Faculty research assistants Can Berk Metin, Sevim Berhiv Acay, and Berk Gümüş.
